The Shakepay site states problems are resolved within hours. I've been emailing since yesterday to get Shakepay to deposit my etransfer on my new Shakepay account. I am already verified. 3 emails and no replies in over 24hrs. I am losing money by not having these funds available to me. My bank has not blocked the transfer, Shakepay has yet to even attempt my security question. Is this typical? I may need to switch to another platform. I really need support to follow up on this.
