I have been trying since Jan. 2 to get 2 issues addressed by support but with no success. I have communicated with them at least 6 times. Support doesn’t respond for at least 1 day. Ridiculous for a company dealing with peoples money. When they do respond, they point you to the obvious solutions even though you explained they didn’t work. Then you have to wait again before getting further support. If things work first time, it’s good, but when you have problems, the support is a joke.
