No "Add Funds" directions popup in mobile app
After registering my account on mobile I toggled on all additional security features then attempted to add funds once my details were verified. All methods I select to add funds (except wire transfer which won't work due to my pending identity verification) give the error "Woops! Something's wrong, please reach out to support."
It should additionally be noted that this problem does not persist for me when accessing the website from my desktop.
EDIT: For the curious, my issue was resolved by Shakepay support within 24 hours. This post is intended to constructively point out the presumably unintended disparity between the mobile and desktop environments so that it can be addressed if it is reproducibly affecting new users.
